Smallest hole: 0.3mm Minimum conductor: 3 mil(for single layer), 4mil(for double layer) Minimum clearance: 3 mil(for single layer), 4mil(for double layer) surface finish: Gold plating, Immersion gold.

To order bare PCB, you need to provide Gerber Data, the design rules in txt or doc file in which the detailed requirements, e.g. thickness of the material, construction of the board, surface finish and any special requirements, are explained.
